You'll Leave Full

It's true. You will leave this meal full. 
Go ahead and account extra space on your plate for this yummy eatery. 


Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated biscuits

1 lb ground beef
1 cup BBQ sauce of your choosing (I like using this recipe)
1 (or 2) cups of cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (or as directed on your biscuit package).
2. Spray muffin tin and set aside.
3. Brown beef in skillet. Add BBQ sauce and simmer for five (5) minutes.
4. Split biscuits in two and press into the muffin tin. Then fill with a spoonful of the beef mixture.
     {If you're really feeling cheesy, stir a little cheddar into the beef mixture in Step 4}
5. Sprinkle each cup with cheddar cheese.
6. Bake 13-15 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through. Cool one minute then remove from pan.
