Roasted Ranch Potatoes #Recipe

Grab some red potatoes.

Dice them.

A little EVOO. 

One packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix. 

Toss and bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes. 

It's that easy.


2 lb. red potatoes, washed & quartered

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp salt

pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl add potatoes and lightly cover with EVOO. Then, add in the Ranch mix and salt, and toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Pour potato mixture into ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Bake in oven approximately 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked crisply. Serve immediately.
