Coffee Date: Weekly Truth To Fill Your Cup

We've been deep in the trenches of stressful work days, family travel and "threenager" behavior that would tire any parent.
Hand out sincere compliments often, and receive them with grace. When the general atmosphere of our days are trying, it's tough to pour out gracious words much less sincere words of gratitude.
But, friends, gratitude changes everything.
Speaking a few words of sincere kindness to your co-worker, your spouse, even yourself can be just what's needed to flip the script on your day.
“Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.”
— Proverbs 16:24
Jesus always spoke from a place for love and compassion, and as such we should go out and do the same. Let's go into our communities with gracious words this week. Each person we interact with is juggling more than we know, let's choose to be a reflection of light in their day.
When gracious words pour from our lips, we're giving others the chance to see the light of the Lord and take one more step in bringing God all the glory.
